How you train
How you recover

How you show up when nobody’s watching

As endurance training became a bigger part of my life, I started paying more attention to what was happening underneath the surface recovery, energy, sleep quality, focus, inflammation, and overall performance

That’s what led me to learning more about NAD+ and cellular health

As stress, poor sleep, travel, and heavy training add up, your body can start feeling it

This isn’t about shortcuts

The foundation will always be training hard, eating well, staying consistent, and taking care of your body

But longevity matters to me
