Do you want a simple healthy meal idea? Save this and share! ❤️ It only takes 20 minutes!

I made Italian herb crusted salmon with roasted peppers on top of arugula and added a balsamic vinaigrette reduction on top for my dressing.

Healthy.
Simple.
Delicious.

Recipe 🍴
I mixed my Italian seasonings and spices together added 2 tsp of olive oil, stirred the mix together then coated the salmon. I then baked the salmon for 20 minutes at 400° You want the top crispy but the inside soft!

Next, I roasted tri-colored peppers my with olive oil, salt and pepper.

I washed my arugula and placed the salmon on top then added my peppers and vinaigrette.
