Interstate is an educational gym designed for both the recreational and competitive gymnast and dancer. Our class gymnastics program is designed for the Preschool/Beginner to the advanced gymnast and we also offer a competitive program by invitation only. Your child will learn and grow a great deal ~~mentally, socially, physically and emotionally in this program while exploring and testing the env

ironment to determine how things work. Our dance program is designed for preschool to teen; for the recreational to the more serious dance student. We offer classes in tap, ballet and jazz. Additionally, we host birthday parties!
