Circle Fitness Group, personal and online Fitness. I had been trying for months, even years to motivate myself to get back in shape, but just didn't do it. Why The Circle? Love.

As recently as June, 2014, I was sitting on my coach eating Big Macs, a former personal trainer, 30 pounds overweight, and I realized I was like most other Americans out there. I then realized the missing element, I didn't have anyone or ones to work out with or motivate me. I already knew that the best motivation for me would be to motivate others, so I decided to start Circle Fitness. At Circle

Fitness all ages and abilities come and work out together, everyone does only to their own ability. We've had from ages 6 to over 80, and I hope to see that expand in both directions. It represents equality, it represents that each one can teach one, it represents that we are all connected. We are one. Everyone is encouraged to share their knowledge with fitness. We've had gymnist, dancers (one a former dancer with Alvin Ailey) Yoga Instructions, Personal Trainers, all stop by and share and teach. The goal is to have little (or not so little) pods throughout the world where people meet on a regular basis and work out together. If there is no Circle Fitness near you, won't you consider starting one? Why is it free? Because the best things in life are free. Laughter. Smiles. Good Health should be free too.

DRUM AROUND THE WORLD 2024: A a day of Global Spiritual Unity through the Universal Language.

The original DAW took place on the 4th Sunday, August 28th, 1994 at the South rim area of Grand Canyon with almost 20,000 participants. It was the culminating day of the World Unity Festival. It featured drummers Babatunde Olatunji ( Nigeria), Hamza El Din (Egypt), Arthur Hull (Village Music Circles), Muruga Booker, Chief Phil Lane (Lakota) Jim Greiner ( LP) and Indigenous drummers from around the world. We had 27 countries synchronized to participate.
It was also the week after the birth of Miracle, the White Buffalo in Wisconsin.,
We are now beginning our weekly meetings to activate the planetary mycelial network and vibrate humanity into coherence with mother earth on Sunday August 25th, We already have several countries confirmed and we will be launching our global maps with locations of participants next week.
