📢 New Hitting Option At Quinney Softball Training Facility! Only $20 per athlete for 90 minutes!

💥 Up to All 3 cages, up to 12 High School age players, jamming to music in an open gym style workout but instead it's just HITTING!!

🔥 Hit with your teammates, friends from another team, high school teammates or meet completely new people! No instructor (unless you want some quick feedback) just get in your work in a fun atmosphere!

* Hours may be subject, but will definitely be a Saturday event!

Our instructors can suggest hitting drills if asked but otherwise it's all for you!

Can't wait to hit the field and see the development this first year 12u group has in store. Our coaching staff loves where these kids are at with their athleticism and skill sets currently, however we also see the amazing potential of who they are about to become!

Two weeks at PGF, came out with two cars and 3 kids for week 1 with Mackie. Returning in one car and a different kid (Brinley) packed in like a sardine back there. 😂😂

📢 Tryout dates are set for our new competitive first year 12u team that will start this fall at

➡️ First year 12u players with grad year of 2033-2034. This will allow us to not age out players
➡️ Based in the East Valley
➡️ Practices will be at an East Valley field and at Quinney Softball Training Facility
➡️ We are searching for 12 competitive athletes WITH club experience
➡️ All positions need to be filled
➡️ Team will be a 501(c)(3)

👉🏻 As of now, all coaches are non-parent coaches. Coaching staff will include:

▪️ Coach Allen Quinney who has 12 years of club coaching experience ranging from 12u-18u and 3 daughters who play Collegiate Softball. (As of now, no daughter will be on the team)

▪️ Coach Nichole Fry who is an instructor at Quinney Softball Training Facility and played Division 1 softball at Long Beach State University.(No daughter on the team)

▪️ Coach Gianna Memoli who is also an instructor at Quinney Softball Training Facility and played Division 1 softball at Weber State University. (No daughter on the team)

▪️ Coach Riley Lord who Coach Quinney has had the pleasure of coaching with in club ball with Tennessee Mojo. Coach Riley played Division 2 softball at Berry University in Florida. (No daughter on the team)

Our goal is to put together a competitive group of athletes that are coachable and driven to succeed and grow as student athletes and overall awesome young ladies!

One of the biggest mistakes in youth sports? Comparing players to each other.

Every athlete develops at a different pace. The same coaching tip or lesson might click instantly for one player, while another needs time, reps, and patience. That doesn’t mean one is “better”—it just means they’re on different timelines.

Growth in softball isn’t linear, and it’s definitely not one-size-fits-all.

Instead of comparing players side by side, let’s focus on tracking each athlete’s individual progress—their improvements, their milestones, their journey.

Because every young player is unique. And development should be measured against who they were yesterday, not who someone else is today. 🥎
