AAGA Gymnast of the Week for the week of August 31, 2026!

Scarlett is a current member of our Level 4 team and has been with AAGA since 2022. She moved on to our pre-team after only one year of recreational classes!

Scarlett is always setting a beautiful example of putting in 100% effort, from the easy stuff like stretching and basics to the harder skills. She has gorgeous posture and presentation, which is appreciated by all her coaches! She is becoming a leader and has been quite the little helper recently! We are so proud of the progress Scarlett has made over the summer and can't wait to see what the season brings for her. Good luck, Scarlett!

Each week, AAGA coaches will vote on a gymnast of the week. The gymnast who most demonstrates the qualities of dedication, determination, teamwork, sportsmanship, and leadership will be announced the following Monday on social media. Happy Labor Day Weekend!

AAGA will be closed on Sunday, September 6, and Monday, September 7, in observance of Labor Day.

There will be no classes, team practices, or open gyms.

We will reopen on Tuesday, September 8.

Congratulations to Melissa, AAGA’s August Coach of the Month! 🩵🖤

If something is happening at AAGA, chances are Melissa has had a hand in it. Since joining AAGA in 2005, she has become one of the driving forces behind nearly every part of the gym. From coaching and supporting our athletes to guiding staff, organizing programs, solving problems and managing countless responsibilities behind the scenes—Melissa truly does it all.

For more than 20 years, she has poured her time, knowledge and heart into AAGA. Her leadership and dedication have shaped generations of gymnasts and have helped make the gym what it is today. There are so many things she takes care of that most people never even see, but AAGA simply would not be the same without her.

Melissa, thank you for everything you do and for continuing to give so much to our athletes, families and staff. This recognition could not be more deserved! ✨

Help us celebrate AAGA's 35th Anniversary and National Gymnastics Day in style!

Each day will have a different theme, and we encourage EVERYONE to participate!
We'll have a photo backdrop set up for plenty of pictures!

Make sure you have a leotard on under your outfit!

Congratulations, Isabella Nocera! AAGA Gymnast of the Week for the week of August 24, 2026!

Isabella is a current member of our Xcel Platinum team. She has been plugging away at perfecting current skills and learning new skills all summer.

Isabella is always ready to learn and try something new. She is great at setting goals and doing the work to attain them.

She has been a member of the AAGA family since she was a toddler and is also a recreational instructor! Best of luck this season Bells!

🎶 NEW AT AAGA — MOVE & GROOVE! 🎶

Come move, sing & grow with us! 🩵

Our new Move & Groove program combines music, movement, singing, instrument play, motor development, and storytelling in a fun and engaging environment created especially for little ones.

Classes are led by Mary Noga, a certified music therapist specializing in child development.

✨ MONDAY CLASSES
6–18 months: 9:00–9:45 AM
18 months–3 years: 10:00–10:45 AM
3–5 years: 11:00–11:45 AM

45 minutes • Once a week • $90/month

A caregiver participates with their child in the 6–18 month and 18 month–3 year classes.
