Thank you for all the messages and for checking on us. My family is physically okay, and for that I’m grateful. Emotionally, this is incredibly hard.

My heart is with my country and all my compatriots going through this. It hurts to watch your home suffer from afar, knowing that so many people are scared, hurting, and facing so much uncertainty.

No matter how far away you are, a piece of your heart will always live where you come from. Today, mine feels very heavy. Pray for Colombia
