New Shooter Modes at the September 12 KPRC Match

Saturday, September 12 – Twin Peaks Rifle Club

We’re adding new shooter modes to most stages for this match. That means a brand new shooter can run a slightly easier course of fire instead of jumping straight into the full stage.

Same range. Same atmosphere. Just a little more room to learn and have fun if this is your first PRS-style match.

If you’ve been thinking about giving it a try, this is a good one to come out for. Experienced shooters are welcome too — the regular course of fire will still be there.

9:00 AM – Match starts
30 cal & under • 3200 fps max • No magnums

Twin Peaks KYL 500 - Sunday, September 13, 2026

We’re adding a brand new precision rifle match at Twin Peaks.

This is a 500-yard Know Your Limits match. You’ll face six progressive steel plates (12″ down to 2″). Shoot them in order, largest to smallest. You can stop at any time and bank your points — but one miss and that string is a zero. Three strings, 90 seconds each. Prone or bench, your choice.

• .30 caliber and smaller only
• 3,200 fps max
• No magnums

- Factory/Limited
-Open divisions available.

Youth division available.

Match Complete!

Great day of shooting at Twin Peaks today for the KPRC Regional Match. We mixed up the course of fire with 8 stages and 80 rounds, and the winds kept things interesting all day. Tricky, switching conditions that made every stage a real test.

Appreciate everyone who came out and pushed through it.
