We offer classes to children age 3 through adults. Our primary focus is classical ballet, but we supplement our students' training with jazz, contemporary, hip hop and musical theatre dance. We produce THE NUTCRACKER in December and our own full length ballet, SUREALIA, in June. 🌟 Graduate Spotlight: Ella 🌟

Since joining Studio Roxander, Ella has been a wonderful part of our studio family. Her dedication, positivity, kindness, and love for dance have made a lasting impact on everyone around her.

💜 Ella shares:
“I joined Studio Roxander when I was 14 years old and it has been my second home ever since. I am forever grateful to all my teachers who have taught me many lessons that I will carry through each chapter of my life, and provided me with numerous opportunities to push myself and grow both as a dancer and a person. This studio and the amazing people in it will always hold a very special place in my heart. I will forever cherish all the memories I’ve made here and the fun and laughter shared over the years.

I recently completed my associates degree at Rogue Community College, and will be transferring to Oregon State University to study business and marketing. While I will not be dancing at the same caliber as I have at Studio Roxander, I hope to continue nurturing my passion for dance in whatever way possible.”

🌟 Senior Spotlight: Damon 🌟

From joining the boys basics class at just 7 years old to becoming the dedicated dancer he is today, Damon has been an important part of the Studio Roxander family. We are incredibly proud of his hard work, growth, and commitment to his craft, and we can’t wait to see where his passion for dance takes him next.

💙 Damon shares:

“I started ballet at Studio Roxander when I was 7 years old. My sister had been dancing and my parents decided to put me in the boys basics class. Studio Roxander has been a place where I have grown and continue to grow as both a dancer and a person. The way the Roxanders teach shows me their love for the artform and that they truly care, and want their dancers to succeed. This summer I will be attending the School of Philadelphia Ballet’s summer intensive with the goal of obtaining a trainee spot for the 2026/27 season.”

🌟 Senior Spotlight: Caitlyn Carrick 🌟

From her very first dance class at age 3 to becoming the incredible young woman she is today, it has been a joy to watch Caitie grow both on and off the dance floor. We are so proud of all she has accomplished and can’t wait to see what the future holds for her!

💜 Caitie shares:
“I have danced at Studio Roxander since I was 3-years-old and while I am excited to move on to my next chapter, it will be bittersweet leaving behind all the amazing people here. In the fall, I will be attending Oregon State University in their Honors College and majoring in psychology. Afterwards, I plan to pursue a career in human services.
I hope to continue to have dance in my life in whatever capacity that may be.”
