Family friendly rain or shine event, join us for High Grounds Coffee Roasters coffee, Live DJ, Water Ice, Yoga with Monica Walsh, Games and fun!!! This race proceeds support the Peter P. Black IV Scholarship Fund which helps reduce the cost of treatment for those unable to afford it. Recovery IS possible for those who want it! 🙏🩵💡🦚

All Levels are welcomed. This will be a slow vinyasa/yin class. Some flow movement with some deep yin holds! Intentional movement progressing towards strength and healing to make you feelinvigorated and relaxed. Breathe in the healingenergy of the natural surroundings, heal yourself as you contribute to healing the animals around you!

We encourage you to arrive 30 minutes early at our Nature Center to use the restroom and check in. The class will start the short walk to the yoga pavilion at 6:30pm.
Please bring your own yoga mat as we do not offer rentals. Props are optional. Make sure you bring a water bottle!

Over the nearly 3 decades I have spent practice yoga I have seen students step on their mats time and again doing the same thing and expecting different results. Seeing minimal to lateral improvement along the way. Perhaps some may say they are missing the point of the posture, but I don't think that is it. Read my blog post to learn more!!

Just wanted to put it out there, you don't really often know you need something till you feel it. These gorgeous ladies and I have been practicing together for the greater part of two decades... Not only have we gotten younger over time, but funnier too. Time spent together is so precious.
🙏🩵💡🦚 Thanks for holding it down friends, getting together is so therapeutic 🙏🙏🙏 this year has been such an adventure... This decade of mine coming to a close... The big 4-0 just on the horizon. This year looked SO different from the year before that and the year before that. What adventures await us just beyond... Can I choose to see it with love and curiosity? With light in my heart? With kindness for myself? Indeed that is the task at hand for all, what does love require of me today? Do my choices upgrade or degrade me. There is always a choice. Love or hate. Help or harm. I keep it simple. Just keep doing the next right thing. 🙏☀️
