Our first official DEKA STRONG event will be coming to 804 Strength on Saturday, February 8th 🗓️

This event is a great opportunity to compete, have fun, and challenge yourself physically and mentally. The best part is that it’s suitable for ALL fitness levels!

DEKA STRONG is designed to test your strength endurance, and overall athleticism over the course of 10 Zones of full body exercises. These zones can be completed individually or divide and conquer them with a partner!

Help us put a squeeze on Cancer! Come out to the gym tomorrow between 5-7pm to grab a cup of lemonade in support of the Davenport’s and The Children’s Hospital of Richmond’s fight against cancer! We hope to have another great showing this year! All proceeds will go directly towards helping patients in need at The CHoR.
