We did Global Running Day in the best way. We celebrated with bananas and chocolate milk at the finish.
We did run into some challenges with downed trees, but not challenging enough to stop us.

The heat has returned! We switched to our summer route with extra water stops. Everyone made it back ready to cool down....

Last Sunday of May long run & we were excited to have join us for the morning bringing their excitement, raffle prizes, drinks, & snacks, including some delicious chocolate chip 🍪! Amazing to have such a large group getting in their 5 minutes, 5 miles, or 15+ miles, depending on their season of life!

Global Running Day is Wednesday- please join the 5 & 5:30 am crew if you’d like to get your miles in!

Otherwise our other runs are:
Mondays @ 6:30 pm
Wednesdays @ 5 & 5:30 am
Thursdays @ 6:30 pm
Sundays @ 6:15 am
