Today’s temps were pleasant and the cool stuck around for us while we put in the miles.

Schedule this week is:
Monday (recovery): 6:30pm
Wednesday (wake up and run): 5am & 5:30am
Thursday (testing tempo): 6:30pm
Sunday (long slow distance from Duino’s Coffee): 6:15am

Time change also happens this Sunday

Mid-October running in Texas with this group makes sweating more enjoyable! We welcomed a new face and stayed away from some slithering creatures.

Lots of local races coming up: Toyota Music Factory & BMW Dallas! Come prepare with us!
