🏐 We're hosting the Second Annual Spartan Volleyball Organization 5K Run/Walk 👟

Spartan Volleyball Organization (SVO), a McFarland based non-profit organization that supports McFarland Girls & Boys Volleyball Programs through fundraising, clinics, camps, & other programming.

The 5K Run/Walk will start at Total Body Training(5206 Farwell St.) @ 10:00 AM

Show up in your favorite McFarland Spartan attire, enjoy some refreshments & music, and get active for a great cause!

This is a free event, though donations for SVO are welcome and appreciated!

TBT will be offering InBody Composition Scans and Analysis for $20. ALL proceeds go to the SVO.

50 Semi-Private Personal Training Sessions ✅

Big props to !!

Kasey stepped out of the large group fitness game after TWO knee surgeries and an old injured shoulder.

Since then, we’ve been able to effectively bring back her leg strength, increase mobility and stabilization in her knee, all while building in a shoulder rehab plan right into her individual training program!

Consistency has obviously been key, but putting her trust into the programming helped paved the way for a speedy recovery AND strengths gains.

She’s also managed to decrease body fat and increase muscle mass through the process.

Fifty is nifty, but we’re in this for the long haul! Excited to see Kasey keep kicking ass and getting stronger every day!

⚖ Weight Loss Vs. Body Recomposition 💪

Focusing on just your scale weight can be deceiving.

In this case here, total body weight went up 3.2lbs, but muscle mass went up 6.2lbs and body fat % dropped 3.7%. That equates to a 3lb loss in body fat while BUILDING muscle!!

Often times we get too hung up on the scale. And whether your goal is to lose a lot of body fat or just to trim out a bit, you need to, at the very least, maintain your muscle mass, but this is proof right here that you can burn fat while simultaneously building muscle.

This is the type of sustainable transformation that we take you through. Consistent strength training, focused conditioning, and proper nutrition habits, so you don't lose weight too rapidly, only to put it all back on when your program ends.
