Hey Evansville residents I’m looking to see how much interest people would have in an indoor outdoor strength camp workout? Strength camp is a combination of strength training and conditioning exercises. Details below👇🏻
✅ training would start 1st week of May
✅ sessions are approximately 1hr.
✅ 1-2 sessions per week possibly 3 if there’s interest
✅ space is limited so about 8-10 people max
✅ day and time is TBD but I‘m thinking Wednesday night and Saturday late morning works best for me right now.
✅ exercise modifications/spotting/expert training provided
✅ it will be a fun encouraging atmosphere
