CrossFit Kids Squat Quarter Registration is OPEN!

This quarter we will focus on the squat—one of the most foundational movements for strength, coordination, balance, and athletic development. Through fun workouts, games, and skill progressions, kids will build confidence while learning proper movement mechanics.

Thank you to everyone who showed up for today’s Mindset Workshop with Jenai! We celebrated progress, explored the stories we tell ourselves, and learned how changing our words can change the way we feel, think, and move forward.

This workshop is all about becoming aware of the thoughts, beliefs, and patterns that may be holding you back, and learning practical tools to shift them in a healthier, more empowering direction.

A glimpse into our last quarter of gymnastics! From mastering new skills to cheering each other on, these athletes worked hard and had so much fun along the way.

We’re kicking off our next quarter next week, and every spot is FULL! 🙌 Thank you to all of the families who continue to trust us with your athletes.

Up next: FLOOR QUARTER 🤸‍♀️
We’ll be focusing on body awareness, coordination, jumps and leaps, cartwheels and round-offs, and progressing tumbling skills like walkovers, handsprings, and more.

We can’t wait to see what these athletes accomplish next! 💙
