We are settling back home from another wonderful year at the Morgan Masterpiece Charity Horse Show here’s a little recap of our week-
WGF Clearly Intense made his debut in the English Pleasure amateur division with Carmen Justo making a victory pass in their first class. “Carlos” and Mike Deal had some very nice drives in Amateur pleasure driving earning reserve champion. Owned by Jeff and Anita Fancsali, Wingait Farms.
LC Destiny’s Child had a busy week competing in roadster saddle and harness while also showing in hand. Owned by Mike and Mitzi Deal.
Hylee’s Fine-A-Lee had a strong performance in the Pleasure Driving UPHA Classic with Jeff Fancsali. Owned by Jackie Sweeney, Hylee Farms.
Hylee’s Irrezyztible had an exciting performance in the Yearling Sweepstakes. Owned by Jackie Sweeney, Hylee Farms.
With his late start in the division HVK Regal Anthony is becoming a wonderful Western horse for his owner Sue Ellis. “Tony” was the Open Western Pleasure reserve champion. Owned by Sue Ellis.
Unbiased and Sue Ellis had fabulous drive in Classic pleasure winning the championship. Owned by Sue Ellis.
Zook’s Queenie and Carmen Justo made some great progress in Classic Pleasure saddle limit horse. Owned by Carmen Justo.
Bucksnort’s Yellow Eagle was relieved he didn’t have to be humiliated in the costume class this year but was still a busy boy winning the ranch division with Anita Fancsali and Natalie Sanders. Also showed in sport horse under saddle with Carmen Justo. “Buck” has that can-do attitude that is the rock that holds us together. Owned by Jeff and Anita Fancsali, Wingait farms.
Ellaina Zwolanek placed 3rd in a competitive youth of the year contest. We are so proud of the effort she put in.
This week we also celebrated Marti’s “29th” birthday (but who’s counting)
I want to thank Carmen Justo and Natalie Sander for the fantastic work you both did at the horse show. From handling the chaos with calm to keeping everything on track, your contribution was absolutely invaluable. It's people like you who make horse shows run more smoothly and memorable. Truly appreciate everything you two did!
And we can’t forget the superstar Hannah Burt, holding it down at home and making sure we come back to a spotless barn and well prepared stalls for our horses coming off the trailer. We’re so grateful for everything she does — it’s such a relief knowing things are in good hands while we are away. Her dependability is a true asset to our team!
Also a huge thank you to everyone that made this show run smoothly and we can’t wait to do it next year!
