Gym members please do your part in helping keep our gym clean. All we ask is that you take the shoes off that you wore to the gym before you enter the fitness facility.
We provide a nice entry area for you to do that. Bring a clean pair of shoes to change into.
Salt and snow is hard on our machines and equipment.

Our basement is almost ready for use. It will be another level for our fitness center, including squat racks, and a dead lift area, as well as more dumbbells, benches, group fitness area and more.
We will have an official grand opening this summer.
Thank you to everyone who has joined our fitness center. I hope it fits all your fitness needs.
