Taught ballet yesterday 1.5 hrs taught swimming 1.5 hours…..both require technique….Her scissors kick is great & improving…to have a more efficient glide, we’ll be working on strong close after flexing feet a bit then closing feet almost like ballet in fifth position pointing feet tight…for a super strong glide…needed to start the stroke again, yet, to glide again
