Come run tonight @ 6:45pm where everyone is a hot mess! High humidity is Nature’s way of saying you’re just too hot to handle. Actually it will be oh so slightly cooler and a degree or two less humid than last night, so quit whining and rejoice in the Run! Temps at Run Time will hover around 81-83 with substantial cloud cover - practically freezing! Bring a sweater 🤪.

Today is National Leave Work Early Day. Consider this your permission slip to do just that and join us at 6:45pm for our regular 1-3-5+ Mile run thru Matthews & the Greenway. Need more incentive? Charlotte Running Company & Topo Shoes will be joining us so drop by early to try on some shoes for your run. We head out @ 6:45pm for our regular 1-3-5+ mile out/back loop thru Matthews and the Greenway and then hang out a bit after ‘cause we’re all social and stuff. Rain should hold off by Run time, but with the humidity you might welcome a spritz or two.

Wanna be a hot runner? Join us tonight at 6:45pm for our regular 1-3-5+ Mile out and back run to the Greenway when it will be sunny, 89 degrees (but feels like 88 - so much better), slightly humid, and warm gusts up to 12 mph. Sounds delightful and the best part it’s Frog Jumping Jubilee Day. That last tidbit has nothing to do with running but it will give you something to talk about besides the weather.
