Name: Bre Given

Position: Outside/all around

Are you playing volleyball after high school: Yes, playing at Otterbein University.

What will you miss most about club volleyball: I will miss seeing my best friends every other day and play the sport we love.

Favorite club memory: winning Gold multiple times with Matt Ellis team with my best friends. Winning central zones and then winning silver at nationals.

Advice for younger girls: Cherish even the rough games/practices because it all works out in the end.

What has volleyball taught you: Patience is key and hard work pays off

What’s next for you outside of volleyball: Study Business at Otterbein university

Are you playing volleyball after high school: Playing volleyball at Hope college.

What will you miss most about club volleyball: I will miss all the friendships and bonds from the teams and the excitement of competing together.

Favorite club memory: My favorite memory is going to Orlando for nationals last year!

Advice for younger girls: Work hard, stay positive, and enjoy every moment because it goes by so fast.

What has volleyball taught you: Volleyball has taught me the importance of discipline, teamwork, and getting outside of your comfort zone.

Jen Dreher is joining CVA as our new Assistant Director of Volleyball.

You may know her as the coach behind our nationally ranked Cincy Elite 17-1 team. She knows what it takes to build players who compete at the highest level. She has proven it.

But here’s what matters most.

Jen doesn’t just see skill levels. She sees people. She knows the girl who’s losing confidence. She knows the one who has more in her than she believes. And she knows exactly how to reach both of them.

Twenty-two years of coaching. Successful programs. Real results. And a genuine care for every single athlete she’s coached.

That’s who is now leading alongside us at CVA.
