A very hot night in the dojo, perhaps one of the hottest.
We spent time on katas and different groups worked different kata.
We ended the evening with a good soji and rolled out the heavy bag.
No classes this weekend and Monday due to Labor Day.

Mr. Jason is doing a Saturday morning class at 9:00am at LivRite Gym in Anderson if anyone is interested.

Excellent class and training tonight. We worked through the curriculum and did a lot of grappling. Congratulations to Aiden on moving up to 1/2 Orange belt.
This young man is very dedicated and a hard worker. He represents the dojo well and really pushes others around him to get better.

Class times for July:

Monday and Thursday 5:30-7:00pm

-Sensei Jarrod Magee is teaching 6/29.

-July looks to be starting off very hot. students: Feel free to bring extra water bottles/hydration drinks during the summer months.

-The dojo will be having work done during the first half of July. There should be minimal disruptions but things are getting fixed and/or updated.

-The USKK annual seminar and training will be in Cincinnati July 31st weekend. If anyone is interested let me know.
