We are extremely happy to announce that Holly has been offered (and accepted) an invite to compete in Semifinals at Legends Del Mar California! She'll be California dreamin April 24th-26th!!! All her hard work has paid off! Congrats to her!

It's the start of the Open week!

This Friday and for 3 consecutive Fridays (Feb 27th, March 6th, March 13th) we will have no classes other than the 6 pm Friday Night Lights.

This Friday night the 27th we ask that you bring a friend, if you can, that CrossFit classes would benefit.

Also during the open you have a chance to perform the workouts at other times:
Thurs 630 pm (by request only)
Fridays at 6 pm
Sat 10 am
Sun 12 pm
Monday 530,630 pm

We should also have coaches around on Monday nights in case you want to do the Monday wod and not a redo

CrossFit gyms thrive on participation and camaraderie and friendship through mutual suffering. And every year it's great to see how people have grown in fitness and what new things they accomplish.
