āš¾ļø TOMORROW IS DOG DAYS OF SUMMER AT TRUIST PARK! āš¾ļø

Come meet one of our very own Best Chance pups, Kelly (aka Riley)! šŸ¾

If youā€™ve been following us for a while, you may know her by two names. Kelly was her Best Chance Program name, while Riley was the name given to her by her previous family.

Unfortunately, due to life changes and through absolutely no fault of her own, Riley has rejoined our program and is once again looking for her forever home. She is currently being fostered by one of our amazing foster families, who will be bringing her to Dog Days of Summer tomorrow!

At just 1 year old, Riley is the perfect mix of puppy fun and growing maturity. She is incredibly smart, friendly, affectionate, and would thrive with an active family that loves adventures, walks, road trips, and making memories together. Sheā€™s already spayed, fully vetted, and ready to go home.

Weā€™ll be set up inside the 3rd Base Gate, and weā€™d love for you to stop by and meet her. Even if youā€™re not looking to adopt, come give her some pets, snap a photo, and share her story on social media. Every share helps us reach more potential adopters.

We are rooting so hard for Riley to find her forever family, and to help make that happen, we are WAIVING HER ADOPTION FEE for an approved adopter.

Letā€™s find this sweet girl the happy ending she deserves. ā¤ļø

The event will take place at our Marietta store on Friday, June 5, from 11 am to 12:30 pm.

We had a heartwarming ā€œtrash to treasureā€ story at our shop this week.

A customer had boxes and trash bags filled with tens of thousands of loose sports cards ranging from the early 1990s to the mid-2000s. The cards had been in a storage unit for years.

He thought he might have some decent cards in the mix, but couldnā€™t remember for sure what he had and asked if we could help him sort through them to see if there was anything of value. We told him we could help and that weā€™d look through the cards in our spare time.

Well, he was right ā€¦ there were some ā€œdecentā€ cards in the mix. We ended up pulling hundreds of cards of Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, Tom Brady, Peyton Manning, Derek Jeter, Ken Griffey Jr, etc.

Here are three bangers that we sent to PSA for grading, with the 1997 Jordan Skybox Jambalaya card obviously being the key hit. All of them are in great shape.

The customer is ecstatic and weā€™re happy for him!
