Get ready for the season with Life University Wrestling’s Pre-Season Camp and our Coaches Development Camp on Saturday, September 19, 2026!

Whether you’re an athlete looking to sharpen your skills before the season begins or a coach looking to grow your program, there’s something for you.

🤼 Pre-Season Camp
Prepare for the upcoming season with live instruction from the Life University Wrestling staff. Athletes will receive high-level technique, drilling, and live wrestling designed to build confidence and momentum heading into competition.

📋 Coaches Development Camp
Coaches will observe the live Pre-Season Camp, have dedicated time with technical instructors, seeing firsthand how our staff teaches technique, structures practices, and develops athletes. After the camp concludes, coaches will participate in exclusive coaches-only sessions focused on practical ideas they can immediately bring back to their own programs.

This is more than a clinic. It’s an opportunity to learn, connect, and prepare for a successful season.

Thank you to everyone who attended our Life U Wrestling Individual and Team Camps!

We are incredibly grateful for every wrestler, coach, parent, and program that chose to spend part of their summer with us. These camps continue to grow because of the people who show up, compete, learn, support their athletes, and help create the kind of environment that makes Life U Wrestling special.

This year also marks a major milestone for Life U Camps. Since 2021, we have officially broken through 1,000 registrations across our camp programs.

That number represents far more than registrations. It represents wrestlers chasing goals, coaches investing in their programs, families making the trip, and a growing wrestling community that we are proud to serve.

Thank you for helping us build something special.

We are excited for what is ahead, and we cannot wait to see everyone back on campus again.
