🚨UPDATE🚨

ATF confirms a “major incident” occurred, but denies any registration system breach, including NFA eForms.

“Upon discovery of the incident, ATF immediately terminated connections to the affected environment and initiated incident‑response and forensic activities.”

ATF amassed more than a billion records on gun owners in violation of 18 U.S.C. 926(a) & now ATF's registry may have been compromised by Russian hackers. ATF currently collects NFA gun owner:

❌Names
❌Addresses
❌Social Security numbers
❌Fingerprints
❌Photographs
❌Gun Serial Numbers

This is unconstitutional & needs to stop!

This is why GOA is calling on President Trump to delete ATF's illegal digital gun registry. We are also calling on Congress to pass the No REGISTRY Rights Act by Representative Michael Cloud and Senator Jim Risch to certify the registry's complete destruction.

Form4 submitted afternoon of the 18th and approved this AM.

If your wondering why the form 4. We still do not have any official guidance from DOJ or ATf.

Also, there is still no legal way to remove the silencers from the registry without the form 4 submitted.

An item that is missing from the registry has a potential of being a $250,000.00 time per instance and 10 years in jail includes dealers and buyers.

Still up in the AIR at this time for NFA transfers. With the current system it requires a form4 to be able to remove the item from inventory. We have been advised by our lawyer to not transfer any item without the use of a FORM4 till there is guidance or the option to legally remove the item from inventory without the use of the Form 4.

Until we are able to legally remove an item from inventory with the use of a 4473 only the FORM 4 will still be used and processed.
