For Krista, this journey started with something bigger than weight loss or workouts.

It started with family.🏡

💬 “I have 2 young kids and want to be a strong role model and focus on enjoying life as much as possible.”

Like many busy parents, Krista found herself running on low energy, dealing with joint pain, and struggling with motivation.

She knew she wanted to feel better, be more present, and take control of the things she could control!

AND NOW, 9 months later, she is down over 80 POUNDS!🔥

Her biggest accomplishment?

Consistency.✨
Showing up again and again, even on the hard days.

Along the way, she has dramatically improved her overall energy levels and built habits that continue to move her forward.
