So much more to come, but what a day at the Kennis Fairfax Trail & Ranch Clinic hosted by Carolyn Jolly and Rick Quackenbush.

From English riders stepping outside their comfort zones to Western riders fine tuning their skill, the clinic showcased exactly what Hidden Pond Stables is all about—versatility, horsemanship, and a willingness to keep learning.

Kennis brought a wealth of knowledge, breaking down the fundamentals of in-hand and trail horsemanship in a way that challenged riders while building confidence in both horse and handler. The atmosphere was supportive, educational, and a lot of fun.

Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make our first clinic of the season such a success. Keep your eyes peeled for the next Kennis Fairfax Clinic date at the farm!!

The clinic is sold out but all are welcome to watch!! In hand horsemanship begins at 9am and the mounted trail begins around 1pm.
