He said he had to search for a good bar. It was hard to find a bar with a center knurl and a bar that had any knurl at all.

All of our bars are good name brands like Rogue, kabuki, Texas. The only crappy bar we have is the rack pull bar. We have all of the specialty bars, sometimes two of them.

Every bench has a nice pad and when it wears out we replace it. A nice sticky pad can make a big difference.

All of our benches (7 of them) adjust at 1 inch increments. So your lift out doesn't have to count as a half rep. Our benches also have nice spotter decks.

Came in, didn't want to do what I had planned for a workout... 3 sets of 5, 5 pounds up from Monday. Training partners said stick to the plan you will be happy you did after you finish. Ive been doing this a long time and I know what I should do but sometimes thats boring and its easy to convince yourself you should do a heavy 3x3 instead. Training partners are key to keeping you on track. They are there with me every workout. They know when I should push it, pull it back, or make a change.
