Our Pine Crest horses and riders had a great local show at the spring !! The weather was beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for a better day!
Highlights include:
☀️THE SNOWMAN and ALLISON champion pony pleasure and had good rides in the children’s ponies
☀️SOFIA and CHARISMA placing 2nd in a large CH/AA Hunter over fences class
☀️ROLLS ROYCE and HILARY were 4th in the adult equitation on the flat
☀️DRESS BLUES and CAROLYN were 5th adult equitation on the flat and placed 4th and 5th in adult pleasure horse!
☀️ENCOUNTER THE JUDGE and LEAH had a great day in the short stirrup with multiple placings including a 2nd
☀️BLUE MOON and LULU showed at their first show together with good placings in the short stirrup division!
☀️SHINE ON and MIA competed in their first show as a team in the short stirrup placing 5th in a class and getting good ribbons in the pleasure pony!
☀️VIRGO and VIV moved up to the open 3’3 placing 6th and 6th in two of their classes!
☀️VT AQUILA and SIDNEY had a great show in the CH/AA hunters placing 7th in one large over fences class!
☀️ENCOUNTER THE JUDGE and SYDNEY had great rides in pleasure pony with consistent ribbons including a 3rd!
☀️THE GREAT GATSBY and RACHEL had great rides in the CH/AA classes and improved on every round!
☀️BONAFIDE and LILY had continued great and improved rides in the CH/AA division!

A great Memorial Day weekend horse show for Pine Crest horses and riders!! What a way to kick off the summer show season!!!

Results include:
💙PAM and HEART OF A SAILOR champion of the CH/AA hunter and winner of the adult eq on the flat!
❤️RACHEL and THE GREAT GATSBY were reserve champion CH/AA Hunter winning both over fences!
🤍GABBY and BLUE MOON were reserve champion children’s pony hunter and had great rides in the pony pleasure!
💙CAROLYN and DRESS BLUES were 2nd in the adult eq on the flat! Britt and Arlo won a special hunter over fences class!
❤️ALISON and THE SNOWMAN had great rides in the children’s pony hunter and pleasure pony with great placings!
🤍HARPER and SHINE ON had great rides in the children’s pony hunter and pleasure pony with consistent rides!
💙SYDNEY K and ENCOUNTER THE JUDGE had great rides in the pleasure pony their first show together!
❤️SOFIA and CHARISMA had great consistent rides in the CH/AA placing 2nd in one class!
🤍LILY and BONAFIDE had a great first show of the season in the CH/AA with great rides and ribbons to reward!
💙SIDNEY S and GOT MILK? put in great rides for great ribbons in a competitive CH/AA class and had great ribbons as a result!
❤️PASCALE and VHF Vancouver had great rides in the special hunter placing consistently in large classes!

This past Sunday we hosted Diana Cappellanti as she joined us for our “A Day with the Judge” clinic! All our horses and riders were beautifully turned out for their clinic and brought great rides, attitudes, and questions for our judge, Diana! Diana imparted great wisdom as she explained her perspective from the judge’s box!

A great day at Silver Lining last weekend!! We had May horse and rider pairs move up for the first time and everyone had great confidence building rides!

Highlights include:
🌸THE SNOWMAN and ALLISON champion pleasure pony
🌷UNIVERSE DRIVE and FEREBEE champion pre- short stirrup
🌸CHARISMA and KAILEIGH champion special hunter winning both over fences!
🌷CHARISMA and SOFIA reserve champion CH/AA Hunter their first time out!
🌸BLUE MOON and GABBY had great rides in the children’s ponies and pleasure pony taking home great ribbons including 5th in their first 2ft class!
🌷VIRGO and VIV had a great day in the children’s hunters taking home 2nd, 4th, and 6th
🌸SHINE ON and HARPER had great rides in the children’s ponies and pleasure pony taking home great ribbons!
🌷HEART OF A SAILOR and PAM were 2nd in the CH/AA hunter hack and 6th over fences and had great rides in the senior pleasure horse!
🌸THE GREAT GATSBY and RACHEL keep getting better and better each show placing 4th and 5th in the CH/AA hunters!
🌷GOT MILK? and SIDNEY had great rides in the CH/AA at Sidney’s first show over fences and at the 2ft!!
🌸DRESS BLUES and CAROLYN had a confident ride in the adult equitation on the flat!
🌷UNIVERSE DRIVE and LEAH placed consistently and competitively in a large short stirrup Hunter and equitation class placing multiple 3rds and 4ths!
🌸Additionally, Morgan gave some great warm up rides on our ponies!
🌷Britt gave Rocco some confidence building experience at the horse show!
🌸Macy schooled Bonafide both days and had the best time enjoying the horse show!

It was a wonderful day to start off the 2026 horse show season at Silver Lining Farm horse show!! We have may new and returning faces hoping us for a great day!

☀️CHARISMA and SOFIA were champion short stirrup hunter and reserve champion short stirrup equitation!
🌬️MERRYLEGGS and ZOE were champion pre-short stirrup!
☀️BLUE MOON and GABBY were champion short stirrup equitation and had great rides in the hunters!
🌬️SHINE ON and HARPER were reserve champion pleasure pony!
☀️HEART OF A SAILOR and PAM were 3rd adult eq on the flat and had great rides in the CH/AA hunters and equitation!
🌬️THE SNOWMAN and ALLISON were 3rd, 3rd, 3rd in pleasure pony with consistent rides!

We had a such a great clinic with yesterday! Thank you for spending a day with our horses and riders preparing for show season! Certainly a day we won’t soon forget! Zach shared his wisdom with our horse and riders pairs and every one had great rides! We also loved to see so many of our barn family come to audit the clinic and learn while out of the saddle!

After wha has felt like many years of winter, we are SO BACK! We wanted to share our heartfelt appreciation to all our customers and barn family for their understanding and flexibility as we worked to get through this crazy winter storm!

We always say it takes a village and ours is pretty great! Now back to your regularly scheduled programming and a week of 60 degrees days!!
