This class is built entirely for you. Whether you want to get in incredible shape, meet an amazing community of supportive women, or learn practical safety skills—this is your perfect starting point.
💡 NO EXPERIENCE? NO PROBLEM. This program is 100% beginner-friendly.👟 NO UNIFORM REQUIRED. This is a No-Gi class, meaning you don't need a traditional martial arts gi. Just wear your favorite comfortable athletic clothes (leggings/spats and a fitted t-shirt or rash guard) and you are ready to go!
