Hey ladies, just a reminder that our women’s no-gi Jiu-Jitsu class is on for tonight at 7:00 PM.

If you have ever had any interest in doing Jiu-Jitsu, now is definitely the time to start looking into it while we have the options here provided for just the ladies.

We are working on week three now and nearly a month into this trial period. Just to be completely transparent with everyone, if we cannot build enough interest, we will not be having this class after our 2-month trial is done. We really want to keep this on the schedule permanently, so we look forward to seeing everybody come out and try it.If you've been thinking about dropping in, tonight is the perfect time.

No special uniform needed, just wear standard workout clothes like a t-shirt and leggings.Classes are Wednesdays at 7:00 PM and Saturdays at 1:00 PM at Brazilian Top Team. Shoot us a DM if you're coming tonight so we can save you a spot on the mats!
