All Sentinel Fest activities will be held at the Colin P. Kelly Fitness Center (Bldg. 12), starting with the Spirit Rally Mascot Reveal at 10 am. Slight change of plans, but BIG fun ahead! See you tomorrow.

We are here to support Sentinels affected by Hurricane Helene. A distribution station is now open at the Madison Campus in the Lakeside Room of the Student Center.

Please remember, quantities are limited to your need and the number of people in your household. Let’s come together to support one another during this difficult time.

In the wake of Hurricane Helene, our hearts are with you. We know many of you are facing challenges, and we want you to know you are not alone; we care deeply about your well-being.

Today, we invite you to participate in Wellness Wednesday from Wherever You Are!

Take a moment for yourself by participating in deep breathing, journaling your thoughts, or reaching out to a friend for support.

If you are here at the Madison campus, the Colin P. Kelly Fitness Center and Wellness Center is a great place to destress and recharge.

Maybe take a walk around the campus lake, catch up on some reading in the Library, or play a round of ping-pong or air hockey in the Student Center.
