Great weekend for the BWR Racing presents Ole Red Barn team! 1st place Saturday to win the Eastern Divisional Championship and a solid Sunday too. The Eastern Divisionals are officially in the books!

Celina, Ohio delivered one for the ages in front of a great crowd. The drivers pushed hard all weekend and battled through challenging, windy conditions Saturday to earn every position on the water.

Congratulations to all of the 2026 APBA Eastern Divisional Champions, and thank you to everyone who helped make the weekend such a great event.

As promised, here are all the links needed to participate in the Boats at the Barn Alzheimer’s walk on June 28th at the Ole Red Barn.

1) Registration link for the walk.
2) Pre-order T-shirt link. The order timeframe will run from June 8th and will close Sunday night June 14th at 11:59pm. Shirts are $20 each, all proceeds will go directly to the Alzheimer’s Association.
3) QR code to donate directly to the fundraiser.

Please spread the word again and sign up for this great cause! The goal is a very modest $2500 and I hope we at least quadruple that amount. Please reach out to businesses, family, friends, and others to donate! The hope is to grow this event every year into a huge fundraiser!

Recap from last weekends Summer Nationals in Decatur, Ill. Overall great weekend for Sontag Racing. The boat and crew were in midseason form. In our first Nationals we finished 3rd on Saturday against some great competition. On Sunday we made some changes and finished 2nd against some FAST Hondas. A combined 2nd place overall for the weekend! Thanks to Jeff Bernard for your work on the radio. My crew, sponsors and wife for all your support.
