September is bringing NEW classes to the MBC schedule! 💃🕺

Whether you’ve been wanting to try ballroom for the first time or add a new dance to your repertoire, we’ve got several opportunities to get on the floor:

✨ Beginner Bachata — Tuesdays at 7 PM
✨ Beginner Country Waltz — Wednesdays at 7 PM
✨ NEW! Samba Formation Team — Thursdays at 6:15 PM
✨ Beginner International Rumba — Thursdays at 7 PM

Our beginner classes are designed for dancers who are ready to learn, have fun, and build confidence from the ground up — no previous dance experience needed!
Beginner series are 4 weeks for just $48 per person.

Our new Samba Formation Team runs September–December and is 14 classes for $168. One year of ballroom/latin dancing is recommended.

A common beginner mistake in salsa is bouncing up and down with every step.

Think less about stepping onto each foot and more about smoothly transferring your weight through the floor. Rolling through the feet helps keep your movement grounded, controlled, and much smoother.
