Join Karina for a special 90-minute Yin Workshop designed to give your body the time it needs to truly settle into each pose.

Expect long, intentional holds, deep release through the connective tissue + joints, and space to quiet the mind and calm the nervous system. Karina will also offer gentle assists + massage (with consent) throughout the practice.

No rushing. No powering through. Just 90 minutes to slow down, soften + restore.

⚡️ THE FIRST 25 ⚡️

Every milestone starts with a single class.

These members have shown up, stayed consistent, and reached their first 25 classes. That’s 25 times they chose themselves. Twenty-five opportunities to get stronger, build confidence, and invest in their well-being.

The best part? They accomplished this in about six weeks. 👏

We’re also celebrating several other members who recently reached this milestone but aren’t pictured here. Your dedication doesn’t go unnoticed, and we’re so proud of each and every one of you.

This isn’t a fast-paced class. It’s intentional. You’ll breathe through sensation, soften areas that have been holding on for too long, and leave feeling lighter, looser, and more connected to your body.
