This year we'll be trying out a new starting location for the 5K. It'll be located at the intersection of 16th and Ave T (Alden Rd). We'll be running/walking towards Broadway Ave by using the overpass for 96/14 Highway.
We hope this will be a safer option to register/check in, park, stretch, and start our race rather than on the highway.
The 15K will still be held and ran on the highway and starting at the Lyons High School parking lot.
We have a Google Map set up on the registration form to view as well.

5/6 grade boys @ Hesston - rescheduled for Wed (6/10)
1/2 grade boys vs lindsborg & all tball/coach pitch home games rescheduled for tomorrow (6/3)

Lyons Rec is in need of umpires this summer for our youth rec teams.
If anyone is interested please reach out to our office at 620-257-5412. Must be at least 14 years old. Games are held on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday evenings in the month of June. Umpires will not be required to ump every evening.
