That’s why I, Teresa Julian, started Rewind Pilates. With my personalized classes and hand-on approach, I can help you reach your fitness goals to lead to a healthier and happier life. Personal training should focus on you and your body, and you can always trust that I will adjust my exercises to cater towards your unique needs. By the end of our session, you will feel refreshed and invigorated, s
