If corrupt bureaucrats can designate any area a “sensitive place,” the 2A amendment is effectively nullified.

We love to see wins like this at the local and state level.

In Novotny v. Moore, we’re trying to take Maryland’s carry ban all the way to SCOTUS. Our cert petition is due today. STAY TUNED!

ATF is removing the two sentences from its regulatory definitions of "machine gun" that included bump stocks. This directly implements the U.S. Supreme Court’s 2024 decision in Garland v. Cargill, which ruled that semiautomatic rifles with bump stocks are not machine guns under the National Fi****ms Act. The change aligns ATF’s regulations with the statute and the Court’s binding interpretation. 🚨 Attention Nightwolf Tactical Clients – Past & Present 🚨

I’ve been getting a lot of calls from people whose permits have already expired and are now trying to renew. I want to make this very clear so you don’t end up in the same situation:

The Maryland State Police sends out a notice 90 days before your permit expires. That is your window to act.

You should be scheduling your renewal course within that 90-day window — ideally no later than 30 days before expiration.

If you let your permit expire, you are no longer eligible for a simple renewal. You will have to start the entire process over, which includes:

• New fingerprinting
• A full 16-hour training course
• Submitting a brand-new application
• Paying the $125 application fee again

That’s time, money, and effort you can easily avoid.

Don’t put yourself in that position. If your permit is coming up for renewal, reach out now and get scheduled. I’ll make sure you stay compliant and squared away.
