Saturday August 22,2026 arrived cloudy and overcast but the sun shined brightly by mid morning after a weeklong forecast of a wet weekend 🌧️ Virginia Vintage Racers and Larry King Law's Langley Speedway had a great schedule set for the SunDrop 30. Both practices went off smoothly with only one spin out in the first practice. The track driver’s meeting started at 4:15 and just as it ended and VVR was preparing for one of their Green White Checked flag qualifying sessions the heavens opened up. Track officials notified all teams that qualifying was scratched for all and after VVR’s driver meeting options were discussed. Pill draw(not a Series favorite), by points were discussed but all agreed that using practice times as is customary in this series would set the field!
