💪 WINNER’S WEDNESDAY: Kendall Beattie 💙

If you’ve ever wondered who’s laughing mid-set, slightly late, wandering to the wrong station, or sipping a C4 like it’s a personality trait… congrats, you’ve met Kendall. 😆

Kendall came to F**t Life after having her second baby, determined to keep up with a toddler, a newborn, and, you know… life. After a C-section and feeling completely deconditioned, she did what so many people are scared to do—she showed up anyway. Exercises were modified, weights were lighter, and progress was slow at first… but she kept coming.

Fast-forward 3.5 years and Kendall is stronger, more confident, and still very much our resident class talker/roamer/squirrel 🐿️ (some things never change). But behind the jokes is someone who shows up, works hard, and proves that consistency beats perfection every time.

Her original goal?
👉 “Just show up… and not jiggle when I walked.”

Mission: absolutely accomplished.

Kendall is a perfect reminder that everyone starts somewhere—different levels, different paces, different energy (sometimes caffeinated 😜). You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to walk through the door.

We love you, Kendall. Even when we have to reel you back in. 💙💪
