4 Men got after it this morning bright and early at 5:30 am at AO Rush. Led by down ranger "9-Lives" in a disc golf beatdown with targets each representing a different exercise, the 2 teams also had to select a movement to retrieve the disc. Several movements including lunge walks, bear crawls and skipping to name a few. Join us here on M,W,F at 5:30 am for a free men's workout.
