An UNDEFEATED WEEKEND for the Lubbock Matadors Youth Academy 🤩🤩

Our 2015 Girls made their GCL debut! The team opened the weekend against Solar SC Pre-ECNL and FC Dallas, earning a 2-1 victory in some seriously hot temperatures before following it up with another strong 2-0 win!

Our U7 Boys had a weekend of their own, going a perfect 4-0 across four games and moving to 6-0, leading their division at The Spot!

Congrats to all of our coaches and players! Let’s keep up the momentum! 👏

Nothing better than coming together!! We had a great time tailgating for the Texas Tech Soccer home opener and celebrating our Youth Academy as a community and showing up for each other ⚽️👏

We’re so happy to have our Youth Academy competing again! This weekend in the Hub City Soccer League:

🥇 U9/U10 Girls Nunez — 1st Place
🥈 U11/U12 Girls Flint — 2nd Place

We’re so proud of our academy and all the hard work these teams have put in! We’re excited for what’s ahead and ready for the 26/27 season! 🙌⚽️
