It's been a few years since I have posted. I feel like I have been living in a shadow of myself. So many changes, some full of joy some full of grief. This is when the "Shadow Self" shows up. We look at it as something bad, something to be embarrassed about or something to hide. But in those dark spaces live the deepest aspects of ourselves to be healed. There are great gifts there and when we embrace this part of ourselves we are FREE to discover our creativity, our love our vulnerability and walk into the light! I continue to learn this over and over again. Each time I emerge with greater courage, strength, compassion and awareness. Try it!!

Ive been in state of transformation for some time now. It takes that long sometimes. Discovering deeper an deeper parts of yourslef. Learning how navigates the peaks and valleys, and being to true to yourself can be daunting. But what a feeling when you come through the storm, stronger than before, more aware than before and the relief that your still standing and more ready for what comes your way. Life will always throw sh... in your path. Just the way it is. Always challenging you to grow and looking beyond what you think your limits are.When you face them and take action even while trembling with fear... well it is transformational.

Does it scare you? Vulnerability? Some of us cringe at that word! Well.this quote says it all. Its about being real, and brave. It can be very scarey. But staying "safe" can be limiting or boring. Vulnerability gives unlimited potential and possibilities. WHAT DO YOU SAY??
