So l caught an elbow last night at my BJJ class. I wasn't even rolling, just doing the hip sweep. This guy had long arms and I'm in his guard, so he's supposed to reach over my arm and l caught his elbow right in the eye. Absorb what is useful, not elbows.

Hey everyone, I'm cleaning out my garage and found some old PFS shirts I still have hanging around. These are brand new shirts that never got sold. Let me know if you would like to buy them. I'll make a deal, but shipping will be applied. So, I'll keep these up for a couple weeks but if nobody wants them, I get it. 10 bucks a piece plus whatever shipping will be. If you buy 3 shirts, I'll throw in a pair of Escrima sticks. What a deal!
