Christmas in July employee ice cream social🍦Love all the employee appreciation events they host. I had a resident tell me he always gets the best customer service… I think it’s because employees feel valued here as a whole❤️💪

POST TO REMEMBER: In 2023 I started feeling achy all over. My body hurt when I woke up, hurt when I got up from sitting for long periods of time and I knew I was too young to be feeling this way. I started weight training and started using this machine with no weight. I also had a knee injury and never thought that would get better. Here I am 3 yrs later adding 3 plates to the leg press machine. I started because I wanted to feel strong & pain free. It’s been 5 months since I’ve been getting stem wave and red light therapy for my knee and my nagging pain is gone. Yes I still have some flare ups but it’s nowhere near what I felt before. Putting two plates on and it feeling light was an amazing feeling🤣🤣 Call me weird but it feels pretty bad ass having people look at you adding three plates🏋💪

California’s Assembly Bill 628 (AB 628) mandates that residential landlords provide and maintain a working stove and refrigerator in most rental units.

Tenant-Provided Fridge: Landlords and tenants may mutually agree that the tenant will provide their own refrigerator. However, the landlord cannot make this a condition of the tenancy, and the landlord is not responsible for repairing or maintaining a tenant-owned appliance.
