Perched in the Burbank hills, Vista Crest is a contemporary two-story residence designed to celebrate light, openness, and panoramic city views.

The main level brings together the living, dining, and kitchen areas in one seamless, light-filled space, creating a natural flow for everyday living. Upstairs, the primary suite and its private balcony are carefully positioned to capture the city’s sweeping skyline, offering a peaceful retreat above the hills.

Currently under construction, this project reflects our commitment to designing homes that balance modern architecture, functionality, and a strong connection to their surroundings.

This 400 SF ADU was designed around the idea that compact living shouldn’t mean compromising comfort. By elevating the sleeping area above the living room, we were able to create a flexible and open living space that accommodates lounging, working, cooking, and everyday life within a highly efficient layout.

Every inch was carefully considered—from integrated storage and a full bathroom to a shared utility zone that provides flexibility for rental income, multigenerational living, or guest accommodations.
