It’s easy to wish for it.
Easy to complain.
Easy to blame age, genetics 🧬
or “not being naturally flexible.”

My split doesn’t look like this today because I stopped practicing them consistently.
I started only doing them when needed instead of making the training part of my lifestyle once the performance szn ended.
Back then, I trained for hours
But I also moved because it was FUN.
That’s the difference.
When fitness becomes part of your everyday life, the RESULTS show up differently… because YOU showed up differently.
Same with splits, tricks, turns, jumps, strength, stamina + all the flashy things dancers want to hit on stage✨
Build habits that support your body consistently, not just when competition season starts.
Your results reflect your routines more than your wishes.
