Ever notice how the worst part of a run is usually just the first five minutes, but the best part lasts all day?

It’s not just in your head—running literally changes your brain chemistry. When you hit the pavement, your body releases a powerful cocktail of endorphins and endocannabinoids (the chemicals responsible for that famous "runner's high").

We love running because it’s the ultimate mental reset. It burns off the stress of the day, clears out the mental clutter, and leaves you feeling accomplished before you even step back through the gym doors.

Feeling stressed, tired, or stuck in a rut? Lace up your shoes and go for a jog. You rarely leave a run in a worse mood than when you started.

The New Hampshire weather is finally heating up, but since last month it was so rainy, someone had to bring the heat. Our May Commitment Club winners, Maddie and Mudi sure did!

Consistency is the ultimate driver of progress at Rockingham CrossFit, and these two spent the entire month of May proving exactly what dedication looks like.
Staying consistent with functional fitness while pregnant takes an incredible amount of tuning into your body, patience, and pure grit. They both prove every day that strength has many chapters. Congrats to both of you!

Watching this community tackle those 2 miles, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, and 300 air squats was truly inspiring. But beyond the scores on the whiteboard, it was the spirit of the day that stood out:

The Support: Seeing those who finished first turn right back around to run that final mile with a friend.

The Grit: Watching you push through the "pain cave" when the reps got heavy and the sun got hot.

The Purpose: The silence and focus during the briefing as we remembered the true meaning of Memorial Day and the sacrifice of LT. Michael P. Murphy.
