Gather round sistahs! It’s time for a Spooky Swap!

Think of it like a spooky-season potluck, but instead of bringing food, you’ll bring 10 of the same Halloween or fall-inspired items, valued at $5–$10 each. We’ll swap goodies, and everyone will leave with a Boo Basket filled with 10 different items! 🎃

Bring something handmade, locally sourced, or thoughtfully selected, and don’t forget to bring your own basket, tote, or cauldron to fill!

Open Gym is a perk of being a member and does not count toward your classes. Self-led kickboxing is also available per request.
Open Gym times
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10:15- noon
Tuesday and Thursday 3-5:15pm
Timeframes will be adjusted by attendance and request.
Access to dumbbells, bands, boxes, benches, yoga blocks, b***y sprout, foam rolls, ladders, ropes, etc.
Come workout, dance, work, sleep, anything you want! We will be here for you!
