Pirates Baseball is a premier youth travel baseball organization that specializes in the development of players from 8U – 14U. Our primary goal is to prepare every player for baseball on the field but also prepare them for life off the field. rk. Pirates Baseball is a direct feeder program for Windy City Baseball Club for 15U-18U. One of our goals with Pirates Baseball is to provide the best instruction and staff to create a cohesive transition into a ballplayers high school career. Pirates Baseball will help prepare and develop players for their high school careers while Windy City Baseball Club will look to continue that progress towards an opportunity to play at the collegiate or professional level. Youth development in sports is about much more than just the sport itself. How do you keep players engaged? How do we teach them about leadership? How do we motivate them to fight through adversity? All of these questions should be at the forefront of any parents mind when choosing a travel or club sports team. We choose to guide players in these areas of their life and in their pursuit to becoming the best baseball player they can be.
