We are so excited for this awesome local Lombard collaboration with our friends at Noon Whistle Brewing!

Put Me in Coach was brewed and developed to help raise awareness around the need for communities to support their local recreation baseball leagues. Lombard Baseball League is a volunteer lead and ran organization and our primary goal is to continue to make baseball accessible for kids of all ages here in Lombard, Villa Park, and surrounding suburbs.

Lombard Baseball League will receive a portion of the sale for every 6-pack of Put Me in Coach sold. Head up to Noon Whistle Lombard this weekend to support, supplies are limited so get it while you can!

Join us at Sunset Knolls for a day of fun Skills Competitions by division and a few special games highlighted by our ALL-STAR TEAMS!

🕛 Noon - Junior Division Skills - A, AA, and AAA players all welcome to join in the fun!

🕑 2:00 PM - Junior Division AAA Game & Pony Division Wiffle Ball Game

🕓 4:00 PM - Minors and Majors Skills - all minor/major players welcome to join in the fun!

🕕 6:00 PM - Minors All Star Game & Majors All Star Game

📅 Parade Day
Sunday, May 17, 2026
🕜 Parade Starts: 1:30 PM
☔ Rain or Shine

⚪ OUR DIVISION: WHITE
📍 Line-Up Location: Norbury Ave
⏰ Arrival Time: No later than 12:00 PM

Streets close at 1:00 PM — arrive early!

🍬 Candy & Giveaways
✅ Handing out candy/souvenirs is allowed
❌ NO throwing or tossing items
💵 Violations may result in a $50 fine

🚶 Walking Unit Instructions
Do NOT stop to perform at the Reviewing Stand.
Follow Parade Marshal directions during dispersal.
🏆 Judging takes place during the parade at:
Main St. & Washington Blvd

⚠️ Important:
📍 Walking units will exit along Maple Ave
Participants may NOT walk back on the parade route.
Use sidewalks only.
To return and watch the parade:
Walk one block south
Then head west toward Main St.

🚗 Participant Pickup Reminder
Personal vehicles are NOT allowed in line-up areas or along the route.

Hello Lombard Baseball Families,

As our 2026 season is underway, we are looking for parents and family members who would like to get involved with our Special Events Committee. These events help create memorable experiences for our players, families, and community — and we cannot do them without volunteers!

Our committee helps coordinate events including:

Lombard Lilac Parade – Sunday, May 17th
All Star Day – Saturday, June 6th
Villa Park 4th of July Parade

Whether you can help with planning, decorating, organizing, donating supplies, or simply volunteering for a short shift during an event, your involvement makes a huge difference. These events are a great way to support our players, meet other families, and help continue the strong community tradition of Lombard Baseball.

If you are interested in joining the Special Events Committee or volunteering in any capacity, please contact Laren Carsello, [email protected] or Toni Wolthusen, [email protected]. We would love to have more parents and family members involved!
